Welcome to the NANO WORLD CANCER DAY 2016!

For the third edition of the Nano World Cancer Day, on February 2nd, twelve simultaneous press conferences will happen in Austria, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey and United Kingdom:

How is Nanomedicine concretely changing cancer care for patients?

The Nano World Cancer Day 2016 is a pan-European event organized in the framework of the World Cancer Day (February 4th). It aims to amplify awareness about Nanomedicine and its ability to introduce new opportunities and game changers in the fight against cancer. It is done through simultaneous press conferences in 12 countries across Europe. Attending the Nano World Cancer Day press conferences is a chance to discover the profile of changes and progress that Nanomedicine is bringing for healthcare.

During this day, 3 to 5 experts in Nanomedicine in each country (researchers, entrepreneurs, oncologists, clinicians, public authorities, patients…) will deliver short speeches about the more concrete and disruptive innovations in Nanomedicine and answer all questions the audience may have.

Initiated in 2013, the Nano World Cancer Day 2016 is organized by the European Technology Platform on Nanomedicine (ETPN) together with the European Project ENATRANS (Enabling NAnomedicine TRANSlation).
